Kautz Optometry provides exceptional care and service to its patients. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful, making even the most nervous patients feel comfortable. The optometrist is thorough and comprehensive in examinations, and patients are happy with their glasses and overall experience. The office is accommodating, fitting patients in quickly in emergency situations, and the staff is great with children. While some patients may find the doctor's bedside manner to be lacking, he is knowledgeable and provides wonderful care to his patients.
Very comfortable and accommodating. I use a walker and am on oxygen. This was no problem at all. Easy to talk to. Explained everything, answered all my questions and down to earth. His staff is the same and very welcoming to Vets.
Two of my son's and I have been patients for a few years. Dr. Kautz, Jennifer, and Dan, are friendly and provide great service. We'll be patients for many years to come!
