I have taken my dogs to Katie to get their nails trimmed on numerous occasions. Like many dogs, my dogs become very stressed when it comes to nail trims. However, Katie's patient, sweet, and kind demeanor lessens all of our anxiety. Highly recommend!

I asked to have my cat groomed assuming it meant nail trim. She essentially bathed my little kitten and ignored the rather long claws. Ouch, to my furniture. She accepts only cash payments. She said she didn't have change so I ended up paying much more than this service was worth.From two stars to four! Thanks to the owner for responding positively. Kudos!

Katie got our doxie girl in quickly and took great care of her. We have been to other locations in Billings where we didn’t feel they weren’t as patient with our stubborn girl and Katie was fantastic.
