SCAM ARTIST!Do not do business with this man! My house caught fire last year 10 months later we don't even have permits!! I have maybe 40% of my plumbing started started 50% of electrical and the rest of my house is totally gutted like it was over a year ago lies manipulation excuse after excuse do you due diligence and find out All the litigation against this creep! Run away!

John Soto with JAS Contracting is as dishonest and unscrupulous as can be found. Hired incompetent sub contractors that proceeded to totally screw up a 5200 sq ft concrete pad. Soto was to meet face to face on 3 occasions to discuss resolution to the completely unsatisfactory work--no showed every time. Now will not respond to phone or text messages.Avoid this failure of a contractor for any type of work Do not give any down payment in advance if for some reason you are unfortunate enough to have John Soto appear as a contractor.
