Great doctor, friendly staff, lots of frames to pick from. Should be 5 stars but there was confusion over the lens coating and when I called to ask questions I couldn't get direct answers. That felt like a fumble. It was not a helpful call, I did not feel heard or listened to. I don't recommend getting the coatings because of this, but I can recommend everything else with the experience. New glasses are beautiful even if they aren't quite what I thought they would be.

GREAT CARE TEAM AND KIMBALL IS AMAZING.
Backstory: I was diagnosed with Keratoconus which required a surgery on both of my eyes and some specialized scleral lenses for vision correction.
The team at Heights Eyecare was beyond perfect. Everyone was very professional and kind. I usually struggle with anxiety, but not once did I ever feel anxious or uncomfortable around their care.

The Optician was very Professional and such. But in the end l relieved the wrong frame color of the sunglasses l was expecting to get. And being VA they only allow ya to recieve one pair, so no way to get color l wanted. But than @ my age, l guess l shouldn't be so fashion oriented. haha
