Great service and so friendly. I came in with a photo of a faux hawk haircut I wanted and met Anna. She was so full of energy and excitement that it was contagious! I love the way it turned out and will be back for sure!

I admit, I usually hate getting my hair cut, as I usually don’t know what I want or it just doesn’t turn out the way I like. However the experience at Great Clips with Jozie was pleasant and she had cut my hair and styled it just the way I wanted. Also, the place was kept clean and neat. I will be coming back!

Update: since I wrote this review I have been in contact with someone in customer service. They assured me this is not their policy, and they would make sure this didn’t happen again. Great clips demonstrated compassion and loyalty to their customers, and expressed genuine concern for my complaint. Because of their prompt solution I will be changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. Thank you great clips. I checked in on line for a 20 min wait, great I would have time to get my hair cut before I needed to pick up my son from daycare. I waited my time and when I walked into the store, I was second in line and had 5 min left and one person ahead of me. Great... read full review
