Grand Lumber offers high-quality lumber and has a team of experienced yard staff who are dedicated to helping customers. The business has a long-standing relationship with a local construction company, providing excellent customer service and special orders. However, some customers have had issues with the office staff's attentiveness to their needs, resulting in errors with orders.
The yard staff are awesome the lumber is good quality, but... the office staff don't seem to really care about you. I called ahead to place my order since driving 2 hours to get here. When I arrived the yard staff hadnt gotten my order from the office tand they didn't have the lumber I ordered. They did replace with longer boards, but unfortunately I will now need to cut every board.
I use Grand lumber for all my lumber needs. They are competitive with the "box stores" but offer a higher quality product and excellent service. Most importantly, they are locally owned and operated.
Francisco!!!! This is probably one of the best experiences I have had with a local lumber/hardware company. Francisco has went above and beyond to find lumber for me. He’s kept me updated and followed through with every step during this lumber shortage. He’s been amazing! I will not go anywhere else from now on. Prices are about the same compared to Lowe’s or Home Depot but you get a dedicated guy through the entire build.
