After almost two decades of dental pain and fear I went and seen Dr. Ross and his team. I had basically no teeth left and was in the process of my teeth killing me. No judgement, no mistreatment for my past mistakes and the most caring team I could have dreamed of. Dr. Ross killed my fear of dentist, saved my life and changed it as well. He made me feel safe and comfortable as well as the team there. They made a fan, a friend and a patient for life! Theres not enough words to express my thankfulness and gratitude. I will tell everyone I know exactly which is the best dental practice in Montana, Grand Avenue Dental Care!!!
The staff was super friendly. They are easy to schedule with and really make sure your appointment is not rushed. That being said the dentist and assistants were very quick and efficient. I was very happy with my experience and have to say it was one of the best dentist visits I have had.
I had a crown come off Saturday evening. I called Grand Avenue Dental Care on Monday and they were able to see me first thing Tuesday morning. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Dr Ross and his team are great and their new building is awesome!
