The floor drain by the washing machine was backed up. Chris has spent considerable effort trying to locate the problem. He has snaked and sent a camera trying to solve the issue. He has kept me informed and explained the process as we have progressed. He has been diligent with his work and taken the time and effort to solve the problem.
