I am not one to leave reviews but my experience at Element was too amazing for me not to leave a review. I booked a basic facial with Kendra for my first appointment and let me tell you the atmosphere is great, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I didn’t feel intimidated or unwelcome at all. It was my first time there and they all made me feel like I’ve been a long time client! They have a great selection of products in the lobby area, complimentary sparkling water and very educated skin professionals! Kendra was so informative, kind and realistic! She took into consideration that I have a busy schedule so she recommended great products that I would use once a week instead of adding to my already extensive daily skin care routine. She also recommended that I come in for maintenance facials every three to six weeks. Compared to other places I’ve been to would recommend every week to every other week of maintenance. I understand that everyone has different skin care goals but I definitely don’t need weekly facials. Sometimes I feel like people can be more money hungry than actually educating and helping their clients learn how to get the best all around skincare education and benefits. No hate to my money hungry girlies! Get your bag sis! But with Kendra I didn’t feel that way at all. She has such pure intentions! She really wants you to learn and benefit from ur facials! I really appreciated that. Sooo LET ME TELL YOU!!! I’m already booking my next one right after I submit this review. I can tell you there is no other place like this in Billings. Amazing vibes, people, education and CARE!
