“We had Craigo install one typical egress window and another one where they had to remove a wood stove and a pipe going through the foundation wall. Craig and Chase did an excellent job in a timely manner. They even repaired the drywall from the stove removal and fixed the sprinkler lines that were required to be cut. Awesome guys and great work.“

“The store front was convenient for me. Rose very nice I ended up order countertop for my island. Then the piece I wanted was not available I was flexible. The owner came out and measured, we discussed rounded corners in depth. Rose made an appt with me in the afternoon so I rearranged my afternoon appointments. Lo and behold I have already left and shortly after 8:00 am my ring doorbell alerts me. They changed their schedule and did not let me know. Very inconvenient. The counters were not cut with rounded edges. Plus there was a spot. I tried to live with it for a week and then they came took it back to the shop for round corners and to buff the spot. Brought it back great corners but forgot to buff the corner out. He buffed made it worse ( I guess to buff it is supposed to be wet) owner came over said yep the entire corner is dull. They came back did not call me when they showed up at my door. Then a week later ( dealing with no counter top) they bring it back and it is perfect,
In the end the owner was Awesome! We did talk about the schedule issues. I like to know when people are going to show up and show up on time.
I run a business myself and then it becomes domoino effect with my business.
Everyone is So NICE!!! I did feel tension between Rose and I. Especially with schedule and the corners. The owner was awesome. I do feel things need to change. I did say if I would have read the reviews I would have gone else where. I hate problems and my “time” should be respected. All in all I really like the owner and wish him success.
