I'm writing this review surprisingly late, but deserved. In the middle of the polar vortex of 2014 I was traveling across the country with my rabbit, and she was going through a bit of stasis. I stopped in a few places along the way, but by the time I got to Billings, she was a little dehydrated, and needed a lactated ringer and some bloodwork. Dr. Kuehn was a real pro, empathetic, and didn't break the bank. I'm so glad I found this clinic that could handle small mammal exotics in the middle of Montana.

This place was a pretty good experience for us as far as Vet Clinic's go. They were very knowledgeable, and fixed up our puppy in no time. The prices are fair and the staff is very polite. We will be going back in the future. We rate this place 4 Stars ... ****

It’s a Saturday and finding someone to see my exotic pet was a nightmare. The exotic vets all took a day off apparently. Caring Hands was very busy but they agreed to see my little baby. The staff and Dr Herron were very kind and patient with me. I was having a terrible day on top of having a sick pet and everything felt like such a blur. They answered my questions and were, indeed, very caring and kept me informed of the status of my baby while I waited. They’re obviously a busy clinic but truly care about their patients and take their time with them, which is very important to me. Thank you Caring Hands
