I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Before the appointment, the manager called to confirm the visit and even asked if arriving a bit early would be acceptable, which showed great consideration and professionalism. Upon arrival, he wore protective shoe covers before entering my home, a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated.

I was concerned that my skylight would require an expensive repair, but after a careful inspection, he honestly explained that a minor adjustment was all that was needed.
