Brice's Masterclean is a reliable, honest, fair, and professional service. They are good at getting carpets clean and do an excellent job on upholstery and difficult tile grout, making items look like new. They stand by their work, are fast and affordable, saving customers money. The service is appreciated, with some customers stating they can't live without them for regular cleaning.
Can't live without them! I have them come out every 6 months to clean my tile. I have old style grout that is difficult to clean. They make it look like new! They are fast, professional, and affordable!
We thought our 2 cream color recliners were probably a loss with how dirty they had become over the last 4 years. Masterclean did an excellent job on cleaning them up! We were both over the top happy with the results! Thought for sure we were going to to have replace them. They saved us hundreds of dollars on not having to do that! Recently I posted a negative review about Brice's due to a mis-communication on my part. I was ill and reacted writing something negative. After contacting them again, explained my circumstances we cleared the air. I became ill very quickly and made a judgement error. Since then Mr. Brice himself called to see how I was and expressed himself how badly he felt. He then sent his team to clean my carpets and they did the best job I have ever had in cleaning, professional and courtesey staff.
