I was very impressed with the professional manner with which I was treated at my first visit . The staff was super friendly and very helpful in helping me navigate my insurance and my other options. Dr. Low was very friendly and there was never any pressure to do any extra work on my teeth but informative as to what my teeth might need in the future. This was a very positive experience! Great office atmosphere!

Billings West is absolutely phenomenal! I was referred to Dr Low by a friend. I visited today for my dental needs. If you see looking for a wonderful group of Dentists to work with you to understand exactly what you need, reach out to them. My visit was amazing! They will definitely be my new dental group for all my dental needs! 5 Stars all around !

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 12 years, so I was really nervous about my appointment. I ended up needing a few fillings, but the entire experience was much better than I expected! The staff was incredibly friendly, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist was gentle and explained everything in detail, which helped calm my nerves. Best of all, I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure! I’m so relieved I finally went and will definitely keep up with my appointments now. Highly recommend!
