After mold was discovered at my parents home from the June rains, we called Big Sky Disaster Restoration. They were prompt, courteous , professional and trustworthy. Their timeliness put my elderly father at ease. We will never go anywhere else! Hats off to the Big Sky Disaster Restoration team!!!!
I can't say enough good things about Steve and the guys at Big Sky Disaster. These guys are 100 percent top notch. We had a dishwasher flood our kitchen last year and from initial contact, to ripping out the old damaged kitchen, to working on our behalf with the insurance company, to install, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. They took care of my family tremendously and I wouldn't trust anyone as much as trust these guys with my home.
In March 2021 my family and I were blindsided by a garage fire in our home. It completely burned out our garage and 2 vehicles, we lost our dog and ended up having to have the entire main floor of our home ripped down to the studs, remediated and rebuilt due to significant smoke damage. We called Big Sky Disaster Restoration that night not knowing the first thing about what this whole process would entail. Their owners and staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful from the start. Their contents crew packed up every single thing we owned (which was a LOT of stuff, and included thousands of legos ? lol) and cleaned/treated it all…even taking special care to try to clean...read full review
