Very professional with heartfelt personal communication. Bauer & Clausen are clearly interested in the health of my eyes and provide me all the information I need for eye health. Dr. Warner is the best.
I saw Dr. Bower who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The entire experience from the moment you walk in the door is nothing but pleasant. Great selection of glasses and sunglasses as well! Exceptional business overall.
Everything seems to flow really well as far as how the appointment goes but everyone seems to be verbally rehearsed without having personalities. I used to see these providers when they were at lamplighter and since they have moved to this new location, it just seems very stoic. I will also note that I have not had the same provider for the past 3 years as if they don’t even look to see who I saw last. I am ok with seeing a different provider but it would be nice if they would ask or would try to schedule me with the same provider so that continuity of care can be attained.
