Armstrong told me they would call when they were close, I waited all day and at 3pm I called them to check on how much longer it would be. I was told they were behind and it would be awhile. I waited until 8pm and never received a call.I called the office the next morning and I was told they had come to my house and determined my roof was too steep so they couldn’t do the job, they never called me to discuss or actually look at the wasp nest.Beartooth pest control came over and they were able to easily access the wasp nest from inside the house, they were in and out in 10 minutes.I am leaving this poor review because I felt my time was not respected, and they never... read full review

Armstrong said they would call when they got close with no specific time, at 3pm I called to check on the status and they said they were running behind. I waited til 8pm and never heard from them. The next morning I called the office to inquire and I was told they had stopped by my house the night before but the roof was too steep for them to access. I called beartooth pest control and they were able to easily access the wasp nest from inside the house without any ladders or equipment. They were in and out, job done in 10 minutes. Mark, the owner came out and did a complete inspection. I called them based on a referral from a coworker. My coworker was not wrong about this company, their professionalism, thoroughness, and good pricing.The new receptionist was amazing and helped out as well! Very fair price to do what all he did. Thanks, Mark!
