I used my State Farm app to request roadside assistance after foolishly running out of gas on the way to town! Anderson Towing in Billings was dispatched and Chris came to our rescue promptly! Both he and his dispatch were very nice and easy to work with! Thank you!
My daughter’s car broke down and we called for a tow. Anderson responded. They said it would take 40-70 minutes before someone would get out to it. However, it only took 40 minutes total for someone to respond and have our vehicle in the driveway. I’m super happy with the response time and the communication from them every step of the way! They made a very inconvenient situation much more tolerable.
Very helpful. When I called they were very pleasant. They were prompt in getting to my car and getting my car to my home. And the rate wasn't unbearable. If needed in the future, I will definitely call Anderson Towing again.
