I've used a variety of carpet cleaners in town for both work and office and I have yet to find one anywhere near as good as this one. Every time I call him my carpets have really needed a good cleaning especially with my dog who is messy and sheds a ton. Every time Jim is done my carpets look like new and he has even gone above and beyond with cleaning some of my upholstery that my dog shed profusely on.
