AAA TREES DONE RIGHT

Seems like the heading to this story could be batteries not included. Terry seemed like a nice man. The tree removal was complicated. It was a very large 60 year old cottonwood. AAA trees Done Right did a good job with the removal. There was one small error that resulted in denting the custom gutters. AAA did take responsibility. The problem came with the stump removal and grinding. The stump was so large it left a large pile of shavings. So much so that by the end Terry couldn't see the stump. Therefore, the ground stump was uneven and not low enough. Worse yet was they didn't clean the mound of shavings up. Terry said it wasn't included in the price. Buyer beware! After being stood up by at least four other tree companies in town, AAA Trees was my LIFESAVER! Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but they also made time to get me into their schedule as early as they could because of how hazardous this tree was. They took it down SO quickly and left my backyard spotless. I will definitely be hiring them for all of my future tree needs! (:

Keith and Zach did a fantastic job removing the branches that were approaching on our roof. They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They cleaned up the debris and didn’t leave a mess. Thank you!
