I have taken both my dogs to Dr. Patty for the last 4 years. I could not ask for a better veterinarian! She listens to concerns and takes all of them very seriously, even if you’re an overthinker like myself. She and her staff are also so great at educating pet parents like me, to ensure that we can give them the best/healthiest life possible. From infections to thyroid disease, she’s quickly and carefully brought my dogs back to their full potential several times. I seriously cannot thank them enough!
We feel very fortunate to have found Dr Patty after our relocation to Billings from the east coast. Knowledgable, kind, caring. We opted for a home visit for the initial care but given how peaceful and quiet the office is, I would bring my senior anxious dog there too. Admin is very efficiently and quickly completed by Sarah. Great experience!
We took our dog, Grace, to see Dr. Patty and her team for a surgery after initially receiving a quote from one of the large vet hospitals in town. Dr. Patty and her staff offered just as good of care and service and was less than half the cost for the surgery and teeth cleaning. They treated Grace and us with the care you would expect from people taking care of your loved ones. Dr. Patty was up front about what she was comfortable doing - as it was a lump removal in a critical place on Gracy - but that she would try her best.
