“Last week I made the hard decision to say goodbye to my doggy Banjo :( I was unsure what to expect as I have never experienced putting a furbaby down before. Dr Shae and the staff were amazing!! She explained in detail the procedure, gave us time with her to say our goodbyes and treated her and us with nothing but compassion. I had heard from others that when you retrieve your pets cremated remains that they are typically in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box; I was blown away when I picked Banjo up today! She was in a beautiful wooden box with a placard engraved with her name on the front. Also included was a mold of her pawprint with her name carved into the mold as well as a vial of a tuft of her fur accompanied by a lil golden heart charm in the vial. Bigfork Animal Hospital made one of the hardest things I've gone through be a beautiful thing with the level of care my baby received. Thank you doesn't say enough! I will never use another clinic for any of my babies! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!“
