Treasure State did a great job with the mitigation side of things. They were thorough, fast, and treated our belongings with respect. Equally important, they were very helpful in providing detailed damage information to our insurance company that influenced the coverage amount. We are grateful to Dave and all his hard work. We had a flood in our crawl space and Treasure State Restoration came to our rescue!!! Trey was here before he said he was able to get here, to assess what was needed to be done. He got right on it, getting the equipment in place to get the drying process in motion. The crew that came to help haul out all that wet mess was amazing, I can't say enough good things about Trey, Eloy, Nicole, Jonathan and Zach! They all helped make a real mess, a pleasant experience. Also, we were sent a text daily letting us know when someone would be over to check on how the area was drying out, someone always coming out ahead of scheduled time that was sent to us.
