I was hosting an event and realized 24 hours before the event that I needed a porta potty for my guests. I called TLC and had one onsite within 90 min. It was so fast and the service was so good! I got text message updates and a phone call from the person who dropped it off to make sure it was in the right spot. It could not have been easier. I was so impressed and will absolutely use this service again for future events.

Our drain field started failing just after Christmas. Wes was really great and talked with my husband for 45 min on a Sunday (he also offered to come out that day to pump if we needed) to make sure he understood the situation and talk through some options. My husband was really impressed with his helpfulness and friendliness. They came out the next day to jet and camera the lines. We ended up not cameraing bc they couldn't see anything the water was too clouded from the jet. Stand up people, no pressure, just helpful and there to fix the problem. Unfortunately, we ended up having to replace the drain field but that was through no fault of anyone.

I contacted the office for assistance with having my septic system pumped due to backup issues in the bathrooms. The office staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A septic technician arrived promptly at my residence. After pumping the septic system, the water was still not flowing properly. The technician continued to troubleshoot the issue and successfully restored the flow. He was very courteous and thorough. I will definitely utilize TLC's services again.
