“I can’t give them enough stars. I walked in at my wit’s end with a dog who was showing aggressive behavior, and they immediately dropped everything to help us.

They got us set up with a prong collar and took the time to give me a hands-on lesson in how to properly handle and communicate with my dog. The amount I learned in that short session was far beyond what I expected.

When I say they saved us, I truly mean it. One of the biggest things I learned is that sometimes we, as owners, can unintentionally contribute to the problem. I certainly was, and instead of judging me, they educated and trained me too.

If you’re dealing with aggression issues in your dog, don’t wait. It doesn’t magically get better on its own. Reach out and get help. This team gave us hope, practical tools, and a clear path forward, and I’m incredibly grateful for that.

“Edited to add: we just had both our dogs groomed today and Hailey did an incredible job as usual but really went above and beyond today by finding cheatgrass seeds in between both of their toes and one that was already halfway under our younger dog’s skin. She is so good with our older dog who doesn’t tolerate much for very long and gets hot. She is considerate of his needs and timing. She did feather trimming to clean up on their back legs, bellies, chest, tails and feet and I am never concerned about looks as much as comfort but they look amazing and clearly seem like they feel as good as they look. 10/10 recommend.We had our large breed Saint Bernard/Bernese Mountain dog groomed here today and I very admittedly have not done a great job with keeping up with his brushing especially with the change of seasons. My 8 year old boy has been around many groomers and he was so happy and well cared for and didn’t even try to book it for the door when we picked him up. He is beautiful, clean and comfortable and we are so grateful to Hailey for taking such great care of our big man.“
