I called Monarch Heating and Cooling this morning of 09/05/2025 to start the process to get on their schedule for a yearly check and maintenance for our furnace. The Office Manager did a Quick Look at their service personnel activities and found an opening in the afternoon. About an hour I received a text message from Lucas Chaffins a furnace technician from Monarch stating that he wold be at our house in 1/2 hour along with a map of his location and exactly where he was.

Jared and his coworker ( I apologize I do not remember your name) were incredibly thorough and professional. He took the time to explain to me what was going on with my furnace and AC and advised me on what to do next. They were incredibly patient with me as well since I did not know the location of my furnace beforehand ( thank you for your patience guys!). Overall great service.
Monarch Heating and Cooling is a very well-run operation. I was impressed with their professionalism from the start. Before the appointment, I received a text with a picture of my technician, Tony, which was a thoughtful and reassuring touch.
Tony arrived right on schedule and did an awesome job diagnosing and fixing the issue. He took the time to clearly explain what had happened and how he resolved it. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
