Chad at McLees is the BEST!!! When you have to call for an HVAC guy, it's often when something goes wrong and you need help quick. I've been working with Chad for over 10 years and have to make multiple calls a year to keep my hot yoga studio running with an optimal environment for our students. Chad ALWAYS answers his phone, is friendly and helpful to talk to, and gives it his best effort to get into fix any of our problems ASAP. I am so grateful to him and McLees for providing such excellent customer service!

We couldn't be happier with the new furnace and duct work in our "new to us" house. It's a 1912 classic and had no existing duct work. Top notch installation and professionalism!!
