Lone Peak PT - Belgrade has been a life saver for me! I have a herniated disc in my lower back that I've been dealing with for 10 years. I was referred to Dade Smith for dry needling and I literally got immediate relief. I cannot recommend him enough.
I came in with a knee injury that I suffered with for 3 years (for various reasons) before I finally got surgery. Due to waiting so long I ended up with different weaknesses to rehab in addition to the knee surgery recovery. Dade with the Belgrade location was so kind, caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and considerate of my recovery ability and needs. I never felt like I wasn't doing enough, or felt shame for the situation that I was in. After my time of rehabbing, I am now able to go hiking and go for long walks with my dog. I now feel like I have an active future.
Wonderful staff and therapist!! Lone Peak scheduled me right away and worked around my schedule to get the care I needed. My range of motion has increased and I have less pain and the confidence and skills to manage my own therapy moving forward! Yay!!!!
