I chose Bridger Mountain Floors initially because they offered the best price for the flooring I wanted. I soon discovered that the business is owned and operated by truly nice people eager to help.
Although I installed the flooring myself so I can't speak to their installation services, my order was promptly handled, quickly received, with no damage or any issues. They offered some tips and advice for my installation, and the project turned out great.
Great customer service, had a hiccup with the new carpet and the manufacturer wouldn't resolve it, but Bill and Ashley stepped up to personally make sure it was resolved to my satisfaction. Very much appreciate their efforts in making sure I was happy with my purchase in the end. No big box store would have done this for us.
We are so impressed with the professionalism and integrity of Bridger Mountain Floors.
Nate and Chad installed our bathroom tile and flooring which looks awesome. The pricing was very fair and product arrived on time as quoted. We highly recommend this nicely run business.
