I have been a customer of Heaven Scent Floral for many years and have had the pleasure of working with both Lisa and Darla. I cannot overstate how professional, customer-oriented and creative they are. Lisa recently designed the floral arrangements for my dad’s memorial service. I had a theme and colors in mind; Lisa listened to my thoughts and offered suggestions about types of flowers, shapes and textures. She kept me updated as she was designing the arrangements to ensure that they were exactly what I wanted. I had ordered flowers from Blossom florist for my dear friend that had an accident and Blossom never delivered them after 3 days and many phone calls! I was ordering flowers for my granddaughter through Avas Flowers. The afternoon of the day the flowers were to be delivered they called to say they could not complete the order. Itvseems Avas is not local to Anaconda as they claim to be.I contacted Heaven Scent Floral and Gift. Lisa completely understood my dissatisfaction and frustration with Avas. She put together a beautiful arrangement and delivered to my granddaughter's work address, guaranteeing delivery for that day. I am grateful and would highly recommend this local business.
