If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was utterly blindsided by another florist company cancelling my order and not providing any communication that this happened. On top of that, the other florist company refused to do anything to make the situation right. I called Home & Garden Florist in Yazoo City to try and still get flowers delivered. My company was sending sympathy flowers to an employee's family in Louise, MS. Home & Garden listened to my situation and agreed to fill the order and deliver the flowers - ON THE SAME DAY! Soooo, My God Sister's birthday was the day after Christmas and I NEEDED to send her a bouquet, I called that morning and spoke with Ms. Jessie but they were low on stock, she told me to call back Monday, thr 29ths and she and her team came thru!!! THANK GOD!!! Sending my Sister her flowers and entrusting Ms. Jessie to get them to her was a huge Blessing!! I told her what I wanted to send and she QUICKLY took care of my order.
