Easy folks to deal with. Very friendly and professional. Can't recall all of their names but have enjoyed having them take care of our H/VAC issues and maintenance! I called on a Friday afternoon and the owner was the tech that came to my house. He was very honest and accurate with my repair. I kept asking about refrigerant and cost expecting a high charge. Neither the owner or the tech that did the repair billed for any. They never tried to push or sale anything I didn’t need. I was very pleased with how professional everyone I talked with. I will not hesitate to call Tru-County Air if I need anything. I know I can trust them. Thank you!

Bobby and Daniel came out the next day (day before Thanksgiving) to check my electric heat unit. Very professional and honest on finding nothing wrong with system. Great news for me to hear.
