We've been here once and initially were made to reschedule after getting delayed at the school while checking my child out for the appointment. I called to let them know how slowly things in the school office were moving but that we were just right across the street. The person I spoke with pretty rude about it and proceeded to reschedule the appointment, which of course would require me to leave work early and to check my child out early again. What's more, about a week after the appointment, I'd be picking my child up early again once the glasses arrive so they could then fit them. I Like Dr . Loose , however his office workers not as much. When I call with questions each girl will give me a different answer . Some questions have been about insurance , and prices which I feel is important . One girl even told me they didn’t take my insurance at all , which is not true . Glasses selection is decent .

My kids and I all go to the vision center for our eye exams and glasses and we absolutely love it! Everyone is so nice and helpful!
