Luxury Nails & Spa offers exceptional care and friendly service. The new owners provide a welcoming environment, giving clients the red carpet treatment with foot massages and attentive attention. Staff members go above and beyond to ensure comfort, especially for those with special needs, offering pillows and support. Customers appreciate the personalized care, feeling like friends rather than just clients. The salon is open on Sundays, making it convenient for regular visits, which are enjoyed every 2 to 3 weeks. Despite being small, the staff’s dedication and high-quality services, including nails and pedicures, keep clients coming back. Many say their nails and toes look fabulous, and they value the caring attitude that sets this salon apart from others.
I had back surgery and they were so very sweet about making me comfortable. They had a pillow for my back to use. They helped me get up and held the chair so I was safe. Nothing short of taking care of me. I can not express how much I appreciate them for the care I was given. Up and above customer service. You don't find that kind of service or care and just any nail salon. And for that reason I will always go back, not to mention my nails and my toes look fabulous. I can't say thank you enough.
I get my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks and I couldn’t ask for better treatment! Yes small staff but come back when they ask or wait and it is worth it! I have tried every salon over 30 years at one time or another but I use them regularly and it’s so worth it! Now they are my friends too! I don’t feel any other salon compares!
