Have gone to K8 for the last 2 years and love the skill level, the ladies and the vibe. Had an unexpected experience today however when bringing my son, which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Kyle seemed more aggressive in her approach with unnecessary critical comments when cutting my son’s hair. It may have been due to being over booked and stressed but that wasn’t his fault. When dealing with repeat paying customers who bring their shy 15 year old bc they trust the service, it’s nice not to have to worry about leaving with him feeling criticized. This was my first visit. I went as a walk in. Kate did my cut and style. I’m in love! She did an AMAZING job on my cut. She was so sweet and we had great conversation. I will definitely be keeping her as my stylist! Highly recommend!
