Outstanding service! I had a new 4 ton Rheem heat pump system installed a couple of years ago, but it always leaked water into the overflow pan. I had a couple of technicians try and fix it, but they never could figure it out. I called Matt with Temperature Control Specialists, and he was able to diagnose the issue within about 10 minutes. Come to find out the guy that install my system didn't properly install the air handler. They basically had to re-install the air handler. Now every thin is working as it should. It's better to pay the professionals. Thanks Matt and crew!
