The gym is equipped with modern and functional machines, and the facility is well-maintained and clean. Employees are proactive in ensuring cleanliness, although the enforcement of some policies, such as cell phone usage, could be improved. The gym is relatively smaller compared to other Planet Fitness locations, which some members appreciate for its less crowded atmosphere, allowing easy access to equipment. The space makes good use of the old Rite Aid floor area, and it’s usually not crowded, so members can work on all the machines if they want. A suggestion for improvement is the addition of phone charging stations. The atmosphere is encouraging and welcoming, not intimidating, which helps members feel comfortable during their workouts. Restrooms and the entire facility are kept very neat and clean. Overall, Planet Fitness offers a great and tidy environment for its members to stay fit and active.
