Jennifer Muirhead is the most awesome and helpful employee to EVERYONE in that hospital. She don’t play when it comes to making sure people get the authorizations even when she’s calming patients and calling other hospitals to tell them what’s needed. She’s professional, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, funny, and great at taking the worry from those of us who haven’t got a clue about what to do. Her team is great and they need 100 more like her. She’s one of a kind! Thank you Jennifer for all that you do! You go above and beyond!

Overall my experience was positive; however, after my surgery there was not clear communication as to how long it would take to discharge and leave. I waited 2.5 hrs with no one coming to check on me. Finally, I had to call the nurse and ask. Immediately, the nurse came in, but seemed annoyed that we called her in. I just wish there was better communication. I felt as though we were forgotten about until I called the nurse.
