Flooring in Vicksburg

“We are pleased with the floors. The problem we had is,I called the store on Wednesday to confirm the job for Friday and told the lady we would be removing all furniture ourselves instead of paying $150 for the workers to do it. We worked hard almost all the day before they did the work. We only left a bed frame, that they pushed to the wall. We went to pay the final bill and they were still going to charge us $150,they took off $25 and charged us $125 for work they didn't do. We were going to have them do some more floors for us but we will not be doing business with them again.“

“Had to go back to home depot today to get help putting a fan together. The lady on the front desk named Tasha came from around her check out station and went the other extra mile when the guy she called to help me was tied up. She took it and put it together and was the most pleasant and helpful ever. This is the second time i have been in there this week and i am so loving the positive can do anything to make the most pleasant reason to shop home depot.. thank you again Tasha for putting my fan together!!“
