I have been seeing Dr Mark for a nagging problem in my back for over a month. I had a bulging disc earlier this year and waited for it to heal on its own. It didn’t. Dr Mark has helped my spinal health greatly and I plan to continue working with him for months to come. It takes time and he is not stressing my back at all.
