Great service technician. He followed up identified first potential solution and made the repair. It didn’t resolve the issue and it wasn’t inexpensive and probably needed it done but they didn’t charge me for it and went to the next potential issue and got it fixed.
Main water line broke at 3pm on a Friday and the wife was making calls as I headed home to help. Will at Streamline answered right away, said they were swamped and likely couldn’t do it, but he would call his techs and ask. Will remembered our house and running the gas lines. He got back to my wife within 10 minutes and within an hour the technician Bobby was out. He went above and beyond, fixed the pipe and made sure everything was clear and running right before he left. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of my family in such short notice right before the weekend. 100% recommend this company. Will and Bobby both were excellent to work with.
Tim did an exceptional job. Polite, courteous, professional and hard working. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend using Stream Line for any plumbing needs.
