Paul Mitchell Vibe Salon is a welcoming and kid-friendly salon that goes above and beyond to make clients feel comfortable. The stylists are very knowledgeable and professional. They are skilled at listening to what a client wants and taking the time to do it right, whether for a haircut or color. Clients report receiving some of the best haircuts they have ever gotten, from really short fun styles to long shaggy layers and butterfly cuts. For hair color, the stylists are adept at complex processes like stripping old box color and achieving beautiful, tricky shades such as ashy tones or specific colors using violet and Bordeaux bases. The results earn a lot of compliments and leave clients very pleased, with some noting it solved a long challenge of finding the exact color they wanted. The salon welcomes walk-ins for last-minute appointments. Many customers become loyal, repeating clients and would definitely recommend the salon, rating their experience 10 out of 10.
So I have not had my hair colored, or cute in about 4 years. I have always been scared to take a chance on people because I've been burned more than a few times. I saw the negative reviews on here about the salon, but the positive ones and circumstances guided me to take the chance. I'm leaving this review about a week after I got the color and cut so I could give it an honest review. Terran was my cosmetologist and she listened to what I wasted, and took the time to do it right. She first stripped my hair of the box color medium brown. She then gave me my first small trim. I was visiting from out of state and I happened to go to the mall and went in to see if I could get a last minute haircut. I am from LA and I have to say Robin gave me one of the best haircuts that I have gotten in the past. I wanted a really short fun haircut and he did a great job. Thank you, Robin. I love this salon. They go above and beyond to make u comfortable and feel welcome. I bring my whole family here and they are very kid friendly and super knowledgeable about what they are doing ! ??
