They were able to do what my local plumber couldn't, and within 2 hours of the call. Crew, out of Tupelo, was here within 90 minutes of the call. The Delta Shower/Tub faucet cartridge started leaking at 3 gallons per hour (and I have a septic tank)! They was able to remove the hex screw on the handle (that the local plumbers gave up on) and replaced the cartridge. A bit more $ than what my local plumber would have charged, but I got quick, competent service, and crew was professional. Got a 30-day warranty too.

Angela was great on making appointment and taling feedback for us. John and the crew helped us with winter conditions tips. John was very thorough on checking for leaks, writing down what needed to be fixed and give us quotes to fix the issues in the future. Please help us get first American home warranty in our area.
