I wish I could give 0 stars. I had an awful interaction with Larry Hopper he does not need to work in this type of business. He has zero compassion or empathy and needs help himself

urgent care referred me to them. I called and was transferred 4 times just to be sent to voicemail, when all i asked was if they had an opening for a new patient today.
Seems like poor patient concern to me, considering it’s a behavioral health place. I see now why there’s a low rating. Won’t be calling back.

The therapist Anna Gann is beyond horrible. She was recorded stating she didn't find my diagnosis to be correct. However she left the diagnosis as it was and illegally gave my therapy notes without my consent to CPS.
