We're very thankful to Dr Sara Nelms and staff, who were SO GOOD to our precious senior Jack Russell terrier mix, Bubba! We were worried about his dental procedure due to his advanced age, but he recovered beautifully after surgery. His teeth are beautiful and his overall health seems so much better. Very thankful! 5 STARS!

Such kind staff who all loved my dog and were excited to take care of us. I’ve used Dilworth for several pets, and I just brought them my newest addition. They are my go-to vet in Tupelo.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we did not have the best experience last time we boarded.Our dogs caught kennel cough while boarded, which apparently wasn’t a surprise when I called the day after bringing them home. It’s very contagious, it happens, I understand that. However upon pick up no one warned me that they’d been exposed, were symptomatic, or things to monitor for.They did offer a Rx for cough pills (which I paid for) without having to bring them in for an exam, so that helped a little with a difficult situation.
