“I had the most amazing experience. I have not see or used a dentist in 40 years. I have a fear of them. I know thats crazy. But I had the worst toothache from a wisdom tooth had been giving me issues. I had been up all night in some of the worst pain. The nurse was so ,so kind. She was trying to be gentle to get my xray. She explained everything she was doing. She knew I was a basket case case I was shaking. She ask if I wanted gas to help she explained it was extra. I didnt care because I needed it. Dr. Monroe came in to talk and explain. They got the shots ready and gave the gas time to get me calm.
They came back in a few moments later. Dr.Monroe explained step by step. When I tell you the shots have always been a big fear they have. But he made it where you cant see them going in at all. I didnt even feel them. He told me he was giving me another said it might burn a little. Still I felt nothing . He explained when he started pulling the tooth how it would sound and feel. I only felt a little tug. This doctor is so amazing at what he does. I got instant relief when he pulled it. The fact that he cared enough to explain and had some of the best bedside manners I have seen for a doctor. He cares and it shows. I will be going back . This is the type of care every dentist should learn from. This is what real patient care is and it shows. This is the way you should walk out of a dentist out of pain and happy. This is a 5 star 🌟 dentist with 5 star staff.
So if you are looking for a dentist to treat you right and care this is your place. If you are afraid of dentist this is your place. Because they are going to make it easy for you. They will take the time to help you be okay. They never once make you feel unwelcome or rude. O!! I can't for get it's very peaceful and calm inside. It doesn't have that funky dentist office smell. Please give Dr. Monroe and his staff a chance its worth it i promise.“
