I’ve never written a google review before but Mr Becker and his staff completely deserve one. I have been to a few other audiologists and one other one was in Tupelo as well. I’ve always left confused or with unanswered questions. From the minute i walked in the door i was greeted by the sweetest receptionist who made me feel very welcomed. when i went back Mr Becker was absolutely amazing at explaining every detail of what he was doing. he went out of his way to answer every question i had and made sure i knew exactly what was going on. he took his time to also fix my hearing aids for me. i mentioned that i needed a new tip and a case for my hearing aids and he went... read full review

Everyone from the time we walked in the door were super friendly. Dr. Becker was excellent and explained everything in detail. We needed used hearing aids fitted for my husband and no one else in Tupelo would do it. We walked out 2 hours after our appointment with my husband hearing like he hasn’t heard in years. I highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing assistance!

I took my mother in for hearing aids. We were greeted with such friendly staff. My mother has been very satisfied with the quality of her purchase. We had a slight problem with one of the hearing aids but went back and it was fixed while we waited.
