It was my first time to use Armstrong, as I just moved to the Columbus, Ms. My tile was in desperate need of deep cleaning and he came to the rescue within a day's notice. No more dark ground in dirt!!

Terrible experience, strong do not recommend. The carpets were not thoroughly cleaned, there was tons of debris and the carpets still smelled like pets. When we called to resolve the issue, he was incredibly rude and did not want to work with us because we were only a first time customer and he "has a five star rating online and makes so much money he doesn't need us." There are so many better carpet cleaning services don't waste your time with a company who treats customers like this!
