I came here for a tragus piercing the other day, and didn't have a lovely experience. The owner was nice, but didn't consult me, discuss jewelry type, placement, or describe what he was doing at all. I was of course nervous for the piercing, and the lack of direction and instruction on his part made me confused and more nervous as to what was going on and when. He only had a septum-like titanium hoop, which he used to pierce my ear. He never asked about what kind of jewelry I wanted, and when I said something about the hoop (which I very much did not want) he was quick to shoot me down. I wanted a diamond stud, so when I asked about it, he responded with "this is not Claire's". Which made me angry, because it's not unreasonable or out of pocket for someone to want a stud for a new piercing. He never checked with me for placement, never told me when the needle was going in, and didn't even hand me a mirror after it was done or asked me if I was happy with it. If I hadn't already paid in advance, I would have left. Needless to say, later that day I went to a different shop right down the street and the staff took out the large hoop and put in a diamond stud like I originally wanted. If you're looking for detailed and instructed service, or dainty piercing I would not recommend this place.
Definitely the nicest place I’ve ever been to. Shop was really clean and neat, and the artist had an incredible vibe and attitude. The art work on my tattoo is AMAZING! 10/10 recommend!
I got my first tattoo here. The experience was great. The tattoo artist was experienced and knew what he was doing. I was nervous but he made the process easy. I also got my nose pierced here.
