I am an older female and the fellows at Powerstroke have been so helpful and patient whether it’s a purchase, repair or operation instructions. If they have what I need, I will not shop anywhere else!

I have gotten great service from them. If you are a residential customer needing help during spring / summer, they will get to you but remember they are also servicing a LOT of commerical equipment as well so it can be very busy during the peak times of year. They are very knowledgable and aim to please.

Prompt and courteous service. Brought my riding mower in on Tues. morning, less than 4 hours later, the mechanic called, told me what the problem was, and gave an estimate for parts and labor. They called Friday saying my mower was ready....picked it up this morning, and the actual bill was within a few dollars of the quote! I will do business with them again!
